When driving, the road comes first. Set up the app before you leave, don’t handle the phone while driving and always follow the traffic rules and road signs. The voice alerts are there precisely so you don’t have to look at the screen.

Information is indicative

Service areas, available fuels (including LPG and CNG), distances and exits come from public OpenStreetMap data and automatic processing: they may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. An area may be closed, under construction or without the fuel shown. Always check the road signs and, if you are low on fuel, don’t rely on a single area.

No warranty

The app is provided free of charge “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Craon S.r.l. is not liable for damage arising from the use of the app or from reliance on the information it shows, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

Permitted use

You may use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, decompile or resell its code or processed data, except as allowed by law and by the OpenStreetMap data licence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the right to go to the courts of their place of residence.
